Astera introduces the Quik Punch as a quick and bright lighting solution for events, film, and broadcast applications. This 75W LED spotlight, equivalent to a 650W traditional fixture, features Astera’s RGBMA engine for rich, saturated colors and precise whites. The Fresnel lens provides a zoomable beam from 13º to 60º with zero stray light, delivering up to 8,000 lux at 3 meters.
Designed for fast operation and maximum versatility, the Quik Punch supports wired DMX and wireless CRMX control. Its compact, battery-friendly design makes it easy to deploy in any setup, while its robust build ensures reliability under demanding conditions. Designed for maximum output
Being equivalent to a 200 W LED PAR for stage use while delivering 4.5 hours of maximum runtime, QuikPunch is the most energy-efficient Spotlight ever made – and it’s also prepared for easy and quick operation, thanks to the battery-driven PrepBox and its ChargingPlate.
Highly controllable punch
QuikPunch does not only feature a 13º – 60º zoom range; it is also optimized for a sharper, easier to control optical footprint. It outputs a zero-spill, accurate beam that reminds of a theatrical PC projector, but it can also work as a traditional 650 W Fresnel spotlight when the EdgeSoftener filter is added.
Adjust the beam like never before
QuikPunch is really bright, and its 60º beam angle makes it an excellent wash light to evenly lit large surfaces. But unlike traditional Fresnels, QuikPunch allows you to accurately cut the light via barndoors even at 45º – no need to flood it to get a sharp and controlled beam shape.
